inception is a private consulting and venture fund assisting Indiana entrepreneurs. Consulting services are provided to all businesses regardless of industry or size. Venture funding activities are focused on all aspects of assisting seed and early stage companies in any industry with investment needs ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. We encourage the sharing of risks as well as sharing of rewards. We will work with other funding partners.

Venture Funding Considerations

Any request for funding considerations must provide a Business Plan or Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). Our criteria for evaluation include:

• Opportunities that create a sustainable competitive advantage over the competition, including a description of the value proposition for the customer.
• A management team that has extensive knowledge of the particular product or service.
• Opportunities that provide significant growth potential, high returns, and an acceptable exit strategy.

Incubation Services

We provide Class A office space on the northwest side of Indianapolis near I-465 and 79th Street.

Service offerings include:

• Standard desk cubicles with chairs and file storage
• Access to shared conference and training rooms

• Access to shared office machines (copier, fax, etc.)
